Global Industries Return Policy
At Global Industries, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. To ensure that every customer receives the right product for their application, we follow a comprehensive sample approval process before accepting production orders.
Sample Approval Process
Before any commercial order is manufactured, Global Industries provides a masterbatch sample for evaluation and testing. Customers are encouraged to test the sample under their actual processing conditions to verify that it meets their requirements for:
- Color and shade
- Dispersion
- Processing performance
- Opacity and brightness
- UV and heat stability (where applicable)
- Compatibility with the intended polymer and application
Commercial production begins only after the customer has reviewed and approved the sample.
No Return Policy
Since every order is manufactured according to the customer’s approved sample and specific requirements, all sales are final.
For this reason, Global Industries does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on supplied goods after delivery.
Exceptions
If the delivered product is found to have:
- A manufacturing defect,
- A quality issue that differs from the approved sample, or
- An error caused by Global Industries,
please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Our technical team will investigate the issue promptly and, if the claim is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected material or another mutually agreed solution.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Carefully evaluating and approving the supplied sample before placing a production order.
- Confirming the product specifications, color, application, and quantity before order confirmation.
- Ensuring that the selected masterbatch is suitable for their intended processing conditions and end-use application.
